He (William Cunningham, aka Bill Cunningham) told me he was a lender and had me send him $48,500 to get started, after an excruciating long 4 months I discovered he was acting as a broker (he had fooled me, my broker and the sellers I was working with). That deception is known as fraud a crime he has been found guilty of in the past.
He did not refund my money nor has he given me one dime of it back. He will not respond to my phone calls & E-mails, nor will does he, or his attorney respond to my attorney.
I have filed reports with the: FBI, Dept. of Corp, etc. Also, he didn't even respond to the Better Business Bureau.
I sent him the money in June 2007 it's now March 2008.
