ConstructionClub (also referred to as Construction Club, Inc. and ConstructionClub.com) is not a screening service. We measure our service through ongoing customer feedback from other ConstructionClub members. We strongly recommend that you research each contractor prior to hiring. We are only an information source and do not do the work ourselves.  For that reason, the following disclaimer applies:

The homeowner agrees that ConstructionClub cannot be held liable or responsible for any event that takes place with the contractors referred by our service. ConstructionClub does not guarantee the performance of contractors nor can ConstructionClub be held responsible for damages or liability of work performed by those contractors. 

Choosing a contractor is done so at the risk of the homeowner. The homeowner agrees that ConstructionClub cannot control the events that take place between contractors and customers, and therefore cannot be held liable for any problems that may occur. 

ConstructionClub is an network of information source only; the user agrees that ConstructionClub in no way has recommended any contractor but rather the user agrees that ConstructionClub is an information source only and accepts the information that is offered as is.
